Meet Our Team of
Paediatric Speech Pathologists
We understand the complexities of getting quality support for your child, in ways that fit in with the rest of life. Our team in Little Minds Grow provide in-clinic and mobile paediatric speech pathologists services on the northern Gold Coast.
Nadia Morrison, Paediatric Speech Pathologist
Nadia is the owner and director of Little Minds Grow Pty Ltd. She is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist based on the Gold Coast, in Australia. Nadia graduated from Southern Cross University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology. She is passionate about working with children and making sure therapy sessions are FUN and engaging!
Nadia has accumulated valuable experience in both the private practice and education sectors in Canberra and Queensland. Throughout her professional journey, she has collaborated with various allied health and medical professionals, as well as school-based staff. This diverse exposure has enriched her skills and provided her with a thorough understanding of the complexities within these environments.
In her free time, Nadia loves spending time with her husband, her family and friends, and her beautiful two-year old cat, Maggie. Nadia enjoys new experiences, and the spontaneity life offers, but also slowing down and being a couch potato at home. One of Nadia’s hobbies include baking all kinds of goodies from slices to cookies, and even wedding cakes!
Calandra Armstrong, Allied Health Assistant
Calandra is studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology on the Gold Coast at Southern Cross University. Calandra has been working as a therapy assistant for 1.5 years and has gained valuable skills through her experience. Calandra joined Little Minds Grow team as she wants to continue expanding her knowledge and experiences before becoming a qualified Speech Pathologist in 2026.
Calandra is particularly interested in literacy and complex communicators, however, also loves all things speech and language! Calandra enjoys working one on one with clients and creating sessions from the heart to build a connection and relate to her clients.
When Calandra is not in the clinic she is spending time with her son, Elijah, with her family, her partner or her best friends. She will either be out exploring new places or enjoying peace in her home. Calandra enjoys doing her Pilates classes, going for walks (especially by the beach), but equally enjoys indulging in homemade treats or going out to try new places to eat!
