The start of Little Minds Grow

How Little Minds Grow began

Our founding

Little Minds Grow was founded in 2023 by Nadia after recognising a growing need for accessible, high-quality speech pathology services on the northern Gold Coast. Through her work in Queensland’s Department of Education, Nadia saw firsthand the gaps that created limited access to ongoing, individualised therapy, as well as long waitlists in private practices. Little Minds Grow was established to provide timely, 1:1 support that helps create meaningful, long-term outcomes for children and their families.

In 2023, Nadia Morrison opened Little Minds Grow after recognising the number of children on the Gold Coast missing out on timely, high-quality speech pathology input. Little Minds Grow was built on a simple belief — every child deserves to feel understood, capable, and supported.

The need for quality care

Little Minds Grow exists to make paediatric speech pathology services accessible to families who prioritise their child’s development and well-being. Regardless of circumstance, we are committed to supporting children and families across the northern Gold Coast with quality care.

How we’ve shaped our therapy approach

Over time, we’ve carefully shaped how we deliver therapy to best support children and families. Some of these principles have guided us from the beginning, while others have been refined along the way to ensure a supportive, meaningful therapy journey.

  • High-quality speech pathology services within our specialised scope.
  • Equiping parents with practical strategies they can use every day
  • Supporting children up to 12 years of age to communicate, connect, and grow with confidence
  • Creating a safe, encouraging space for learning
