Ready for a change?
We’d love to hear from Speech Pathologists who value connection, autonomy, and real impact.
At Little Minds Grow, we’re a family-focused paediatric practice delivering mobile and community-based therapy across the northern Gold Coast. We care deeply about quality therapy and the people delivering it — which means strong support, realistic expectations, and a culture that values collaboration, reflection, and professional growth.
If you're exploring your next role (or just curious), we welcome expressions of interest from both new graduate and experienced clinicians. When the timing is right, we’ll organise a quick chat and see whether it feels like a good fit on both sides before we continue, because we don't just hire anyone!

Why work here
We’re building a team where you can do therapy you’re proud of — with the support, trust, and structure to sustain it.
Not a KPI-driven environment. We prioritise quality therapy, realistic expectations, and clinician wellbeing.
Family-centred therapy with time to plan, reflect, and follow through - you will always have clear client goals to work towards with clients.
Depending on your experience and work desires, we ensure realisitic expectations, protected admin time, and systems that reduce decision fatigue - so your weeks feel manageable.
Collaboration is built in. You’re supported by a director who’s clinically involved and a team that shares ideas.
We back clinical reasoning and ongoing development — mentoring, PD pathways, and support to deepen your skill set.
A carefully curated mobile caseload, and options for clinic-based sessions - with clear processes, templates, organisation, and support so you're not DIY-ing everything!

What drives us

We believe strong partnerships lead to the best outcomes. By working closely with families and support teams, we provide care that supports confidence, communication, and independence.
Who we’re looking for
We’re not looking for a “perfect” clinician — but you’ll likely feel at home here if the following resonates.
You value connection and trust, and take the time to understand each child within their family and everyday environment.
You’re curious about your practice, open to feedback, and motivated to keep learning — whether you’re a new graduate or experienced clinician.
You are open to working toward clearly set goals for your clients, and care about doing therapy well - not just getting through sessions.
You communicate openly, support your teammates, and value being part of a genuinely supportive team culture.
You care about impact - but you also value balance, autonomy, realistic expectations, and a role you can grow into long-term.
You’re proactive, comfortable problem-solving, and willing to seek out solutions when needed. You take ownership of your growth and strive to continually improve your practice.
Reach out to start a conversation — no pressure, no expectations. We’ll talk through your experience, what you’re looking for, and whether Little Minds Grow could be the right fit for this season of your career.
